VEE RUBBER DECADES OF SUCCESS

Thanks to consistent growth throughout the last few decades, Vee Rubber Group has established itself as a successful vehicle tire manufacturer and exporter, supplying both to OEM and replacement markets.

Vee Rubber was formed in 1977 as a manufacturer of bicycle and motorcycle tires and tubes, by CEO Vitorn Sukanjanapong. Its sales quickly spread throughout Asia, Western Europe, USA, Canada, the Latin American countries, and other corners of the world. Vee Rubber has more than 10 branches situated all over the world, now employing in excess of 4000 people. Vee Rubber has also invested more than 100 million US dollars in its domestic market. Recognition of Vee Rubber’s outstanding performance is evidenced by the 1995 and 1998 Prime Ministers Export Awards. In particular market segments, Vee Rubber Group is now known worldwide. Many customer brands also achieve recognition, although indirectly. The Group supplies to serveral Japanese motorcycle manufacturers for OEM and replacement sales.

The group realizes that racing improves the breed, and active participation in all forms of motor sports provides evermore data and real time experience for research and development. This also provides a higher brand awareness, and is a basic group philosophy. This has lead to such innovations as the “Launch Control” drag racing tire, Vee Rubber becoming the first manufacturer outside of the USA to produce such a type of tire.
Vee Rubber is the main sponsor of the Thai Go Kart racing championship, the official sponsor of the factory Honda motorcycle teams, on both road racing and motocross competitive events. In expanding this philosophy, the group

formed its own motorcycle racing team, to further develop and optimize the “Gekko Star” race tire range.

Technology and process spin offs are beginning to impact upon all areas of group design and implementation, as witnessed

by the introduction of the new “Monster” series motorcycle custom tires, these being the largest motorcycle tires available in the world. Acceptance of these products has been so well received that within months of introduction, Vee Rubber won the inaugural Custom Builders World Championship Freestyle class in the USA, ahead of all other manufacturers with the entry of a bespoke motorcycle designed and created by the Goldammer Cycle Works of Canada. These tires were fist seen on a truly stunning, and technically innovative motorcycle from Amen Chassis in Tennessee, earlier in the year at the Indianapolis Power sports show. This has now become known as “The 13 Bike”

The group correctly anticipated, and prepared for, the expansion of the Southeast Asian market, which is now a major hub in the automotive industry. Besides continuous development and growth, the group management employs a long term strategy with the vehicle marketplace, and believes the growth potential of this business is, therefore, boundless.

PRODUCTS AND SALES PERFORMANCE

Vee Rubber makes a wide variety of products, both tires and tubes as follows :
Motorcycle Tires : for circuit racing, highway use, MotoX racing, Quad sport, utility, and racing
Bicycle Tires : For all General used and also competition, including BMX
Passenger Tires : Steel belted Radial for cars, pickup trucks, vans, and 4×4, now including low profile and competition tires.
BIAS Truck Tires : for large and medium sized trucks to cover all applications

Good value products, and targeted marketing ensure group sales in more than 100 countries around the world. Sales have steadily grown over the last five years yielding an annual revenue of around 75 million U.S. dollars. Approximately ninety percent of group sales are exported, whilst the remaining ten percent is supplied to the domestic market.
